Regulator Protection is Required by Code

Maxicaps help your regulators comply to national and international codes by protecting your regulators from physical damage, inclement weather, foreign debris, and insects. For specific code information, scroll to the information below.

International Fuel Gas Code

  • 303.6 Outdoor Locations - "Appliances installed in outdoor locations shall be either listed for outdoor installation or provided with protection from outdoor environmental factors that influence the operability, durability, and safety of the appliances."
